UPMS Installer released (1/11/07)

Here is the latest installer.

Fixed 1.5 Load from Pandora Extended Menu, choose patch P.E.M from the firmware menu and just make sure that is your active folder no need to reinstall all firmware.Moved Utilities install to GAME150 where needed. Have fun.
